The Chef's in the House: Claypot Rice with Allan Lim

Join this interactive live cooking class by Allan Lim, the founder and CEO of Alpha Biofuels, a Singapore biodiesel company that converts waste cooking oil into clean-burning biodiesel at its Tuas plant. Allan is also the founder and Chairman of ComCrop, a pioneer of rooftop farming in Singapore. He's a passionate at-home chef and will teach us how to cook one of his favourite dishes, Claypot Rice.
