Once you’re in, we’ll follow up by email with payment instructions to confirm your place. A spot isn’t secured until payment is received, so don’t let someone else drink your merlot.

Can’t make it at the last minute? 

The simplest option is to transfer your ticket to a friend. We can only accept a spot back if there is an active waitlist — and a refund will only be issued once the next person in line has successfully registered and paid for your place. Waitlist guests, a gentle heads-up: the choice of main comes with the seat, so you’ll be dining on whatever the previous guest picked — consider it a little surprise from a stranger with good taste.
