Ingredients to purchase ahead of time:
Crunchy Homemade Granola
2 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup pepitas or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
3/4 cup almonds (slivered or whole)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 egg white, beaten lightly with a fork until frothy. For vegans, replace with ¼ cup aquafaba (water from a tin of chickpeas) whisked until frothy.
2 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
Acai Bowl Ingredients
1 x 100g packet of unsweetened frozen acai (You may purchase frozen acai berries at www.tuckshop.sg. Go to the dessert section, and purchase the "Acai Pure Unsweetened" package for $12.50).
1 frozen banana (peel and cut your banana into small pieces before freezing in a ziplock bag)
½ cup of frozen berries
¼ cup of kefir/ yogurt or almond milk
Fresh fruit (cut into bite sized pieces)
Almond butter/peanut butter
