The Columbia Alumni Association of Singapore will hold its 2022 Annual General Meeting at 11:00 am on March 5, 2022. This meeting will be held in a hybrid format, consisting of an in-person venue at the voco Orchard Singapore Hotel and a virtual venue on Zoom.

We are pleased to host Bernard Wee, Group Head (Markets & Investments) at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, as our featured speaker. In his current role, Bernard oversees the investment of Singapore's official foreign reserves and implements Singapore's exchange-rate centred monetary policy. Bernard has previously held various other roles with MAS, including heading the Finance, Risk & Currency Group, setting regulatory policy for banks, developing electronic payments systems, and supporting Singapore's role as an international financial center. Bernard earned both a B.A. in Political Science and a Masters of Public Administration from Columbia.

Registration Information
Alumni who have paid their membership dues and are attending in-person will also enjoy a complimentary gourmet lunch catered by voco Orchard Singapore after the AGM formalities. If you would only like to attend the AGM portion at 11:00 am, we ask that you join the meeting virtually due to capacity restrictions at the venue. 

Attending In-Person
Due to social distancing restrictions, the in-person venue will have a cap of 50 participants. Participants will be seated in tables of five and are required to abide by all prevailing COVID-19-related rules imposed by the Singapore Government, including not mingling with participants seated at other tables, wearing a mask when not eating or drinking, being fully vaccinated, and using TraceTogether/SafeEntry to check into the venue.
