Wine Tasting with Chêne Bleu
Founded by Nicole & Xavier Rolet (’84 BUS, former London Stock Exchange & CQS CEO, and a member of the Board of Overseers of Columbia Business School), Chêne Bleu seeks to create wines of exception and distinction, with full respect for nature. The single-estate “couture” wines are rooted in 500 years of local history, but integrate the most forward-thinking qualitative approaches. The wines are award-winning, luxury, couture wines, made to organic and biodynamic principles.
Nicole and Xavier are widely-respected as thought leaders in the areas of winemaking and sustainable viticulture, having launched the Areni Global Institute for the Future of Fine WIne and organized the world’s first Grenache Symposium, and they will share with us their thoughts on the wine industry as well as give an overview of Chêne Bleu. Xavier, a well-known commentator of world affairs and financial markets, is happy to share his views about the state of the world at the end of the call.
