H. Wei Hee is Founder and CIO of Partners Bay, an equity-focused investment partnership established in 2019. Prior to Partners Bay, he was Partner and Managing Director of Kontiki Capital Management, a spinoff of the Asian operations of Ziff Brothers Investments ("ZBI"). He joined ZBI Asia as an Asia-focused generalist. He began his investment career with Centerbridge Partners New York, where he worked on distressed debt and private equity investments in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Centerbridge, he was an Analyst with the Credit Suisse M&A Group in New York. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
