A record 30 alumni from Harvard and Columbia University attended the Columbia Alumni Association of Singapore's 3rd annual Treetop Hike at the MacRitchie Reservoir Park. This annual event, organized by Columbia Alumni Club President Mary Kuo, helped establish new friendships and lasting connections with fellow alumni. Before the hike, attendees enjoyed a delicious dim sum lunch at the Singapore Island Country Club’s Silk Restaurant.
Led by CAA Singapore President Mary Kuo and Board Member Mark Clemente, the Harvard and Columbia alumni were treated to a special Singapore hiking experience. The five-kilometer hike lasted around one hour, and culminated at Singapore's famous Treetop Walk, a 250m long suspension bridge between the two highest points in MacRitchie Reservoir Park. From the bridge, the alumni enjoyed a beautiful view of the nature reserve and the waters of Upper Peirce Reservoir.
