Taste of Singapore: An Evening Dedicated to F&B Entrepreneurship by the Columbia Club of Singapore



Want to sample food and drinks from Columbia-owned bars and restaurants which will participate in our new discount program? Curious to learn more about the restaurant and bar scene in Singapore? Join veteran Columbia F&B entrepreneurs who will share their experience about starting and running restaurants and bars in Singapore during a panel discussion. After the panel discussion you'll have a chance to sample food and drinks from Columbia-owned businesses and network with the owners and their staff.  

Panelists will include the following F&B owners:

  • Nick Yen (SEAS'91, '92): Orgo 
  • Min Chan (CC'05): Club Street Social & Decker Barbecue 
  • Varian Lim (SEAS'01): Loof, Mischief, & Suprette
  • Al Hakam (GSB): Jerry's BBQ & Grill

The panel discussion will be moderated by Victoria Cheng, noted food critic and TV & social media personality (http://www.gastronommy.com)

7:00 - 8:00 Mix and mingle over cocktails and food sampling 
8:00 - 9:00 Panel discussion
