Panelists:

Brian O’Dwyer (Columbia ’97)

Brian founded CognaLearn to help people learn better and faster with patent-pending learning methods and technologies developed at Duke-NUS Medical School where he was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Brian also teaches aviation business using Team-Based
Learning (TBL) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Asia. He also speaks at conferences regarding blended learning & education technology globally. Brian has a BS in Industrial
Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Duke University.

C J Meadows (Harvard, ’96)

CJ is the director of i2i - The Innovation & Insights Center at S P Jain School of Global Management, a Forbes Top-20 International Business School, creating growth initiatives at the intersection of IT, business strategy, and design. She has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, dot-com builder and innovation lab-co-founder. She is author of Fusion: How World-Class Innovators create the Unexpected. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration & IT from Harvard Business School.

Tang T. Heng (Columbia, ’15)

Tang is an assistant professor at Nanyang Technological University, National Institute of Education. She is an educator and researcher with more than 15 years of experience in K –12 education in both developed and developing countries. Tang has worked with non-profit organizations such as the United Nations Development Program and the Rural China Education Foundation. She holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Wendy Goh (Columbia, ‘08)

Wendy is founder of Bancroft Associates Pte Ltd, an educational consulting and training firm. As a trained teacher, she taught elementary grades students in Singapore and in New York City. She conducts critical thinking programs for teachers and executives. She advocates for the creation of meaningful contexts where people engage in constructive dialogue to discuss differences respectfully. She holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Studies in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
