Mark your calendars for a celebration of food and drink with the Columbia Alumni Association of Singapore! Spend the day drinking and dining with the owners of restaurants, bars, and merchants which are part of our Dine, Drink, & Discover program. Attend intimate talks and tastings featuring some of the best wine, tea, gin, cocktails, and olive oil in Singapore, including wines that will be served at the upcoming Ivy Ball. Experience the private club 1880 which will open its club to our members and guests for the day. Watch as some of the top bartenders compete in our Battle of the Bartenders!

Dessert will be served by Bakery & Bar from 3-10 p.m. 

Tasting dinner portions will be served by Orgo, Rollie Ollie, The Beast Southern Kitchen + Bourbon Bar from 5-8 p.m.

The Battle of the Bartenders between will run from 8-10 p.m. Fazlie from Orgo Bar & Restaurant will compete against Caroline Tan, a guest bartender from Beijing (formerly of Sanctuary & BBC). 

Guests can also order from the kitchen at 1880 throughout the event.

4-5 p.m. Croatian Wine & Olive Oil Tasting with The Adriatic Pantry

5-6 p.m. Wine Tasting with Wine.Delivery: SOLD OUT 

5-6 p.m. French Loire and Rhône wines tasting with Raison Wines

6-7 p.m. "Big Italian Reds" Wine Testing with Angra Wine & Spirits

6-7 p.m. Irish Whiskies and Bourbon tasting with the Straits Wine Company 

7-8 p.m. French Loire and Rhône wines tasting with Raison Wines

7-8 p.m. Wine Tasting with The Straits Wine Company 

8-9 p.m. French Loire and Rhône wines tasting with Raison Wines: SOLD OUT

8-9 p.m. Gin Tasting with EC Proof: SOLD OUT

9-10 p.m. Rum Tasting with EC Proof 

Standard Ticket: $35 for members, $45 for non-members.
Includes 1 drink (specialty cocktail, red or white wine, or non-alcohol drink) and 1 snack from the 1880 kitchen, 1 food ticket to redeem at a participating merchant, entrance to the event, admission to one sit-down tasting during the event, and free admission to the after party (after 10 pm). Drinks and food tickets for our participating merchants can be purchased at $8 each. Additional tasting/talk sessions can be purchased for $10 each.

Passport: $65 for members only.
Admission includes 2 drinks (specialty cocktail, red or white wine, or non-alcohol drink) and 1 snack from the 1880 kitchen, entrance to the event, 2 food tickets to redeem at participating merchants, priority table reservations at 1880, unlimited access to tastings (RSVP required; space permitting), and free admission to the after party (after 10 pm).
