The UK’s decision to leave the European Union sent shockwaves throughout the political, economic, and financial worlds. At a moment when the world is facing a stark choice between integration and nationalism, the so-called Brexit referendum was the crystallization of this simmering divide. Brexit has therefore not only implications for the UK- EU relationship, but may be a gauge of broader global opinion on the future of international trade and political relationships. Join us for a detailed discussion on the impact of Brexit, and in particular its implications for Singapore and ASEAN.
