On Saturday, July 30th, 2016, we celebrated and bid farewell to all the current and incoming students who will be spending another year away in New York City at Columbia. Our annual send-off event was held at Sommerville Park condominium, at a poolside function room, with delicious Thai food catered for all those present. All in all, we had about 30 students, alumni and family members in attendance for the send-off. Students spent some time getting to know those with whom they’ll be spending their time at Columbia, and also got to hear from some of our alumni about their own Columbia experiences. We hope that the students found the event informative, and wish them all the best at Columbia!
